At ReneePrime Clinic, we strive to provide the best care and services to our clients. Due to the nature of our services, including hair, skin, and plastic surgery treatments, we have a strict no-refund policy once the service or surgery has been completed.
Advance Payments and Cancellations
For appointments requiring advance payment, our refund policy for cancellations is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 5 days before the appointment date: You will be eligible for a 30% refund of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of the appointment date: You will be eligible for a 10% refund of the advance payment.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
Important Notes
- Completed Services: Refunds are not applicable for services or surgeries that have already been performed.
- Non-Transferable: Refunds cannot be transferred to other services or appointments.
- Proof of Payment: To process a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
